Return Policy

Lookbook Store gladly accepts returns:

  • of unworn (without any perfume, cigarette, or other odors)
  • unwashed
  • undamaged items, in good condition for resale; or
  • defective merchandise for exchange or refund within 60 days after you receive your package.
      Please note that you will still be responsible for any shipping charges unless the item is returned due to defects or inaccurate information

      on the website, in which case we will cover your return shipping costs.

      Unfortunately, we do not offer prepaid return shipping labels to avoid having our customers pay more on top of the cost of the items they purchased. However, we guarantee that in the event that you need to return your purchases, we will do our best to address any issues you may have immediately

      Intimates, swimwear and hair extension are NOT RETURNABLE.

      We DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGE for sale items. But you can return them for refund.

      The designer brand will provide a 14-day return policy during which a customer may return an item that is undamaged, unworn, and unused with tags still attached. The designer brand will also provide a return/refund policy for any damaged or defective items as long as any claims are placed within the agreed upon 5 days of the item being received. Customers will contact Lookbook Store with any requests for return and Lookbook Store will then contact the designer brand.
